The Accommodation
The cottage has been furnished in a clean modern style, with a emphasis on comfort. It has three bedrooms, two with en-suite, family bathroom, a large living room/lounge/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Importantly for central St. Ives the house also has parking for 2 cars. All linen and towels are provided and there is also a cot, high chair and stair gate. There is also a small courtyard with BBQ and table and chairs.
Bedroom 1: The Beach Room
Wake up and push back the curtains to unlock a stunning view of the bay. Includes en-suite.
Bedroom 2: The Black and White Room
This is the largest bedroom in the house, has a large double bed and sink and is situated next to the main bathroom.
Bedroom 3: The Attic
The best views in the house. The room has two single beds and a z-bed that can be used for a third. Includes en-suite
The Lounge:
The lounge is very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a hard day on the beach, and comes complete with TV and DVD player. There are also a selection of board games.
Dining area:
This seats 8 people and is the perfect place for dinner.
Kitchen:
The kitchen has spectacular views from the breakfast bar which seats 4 people. it is fully equipped and includes a microwave, dishwasher, fridgefreezer and washing machine.
Main bathroom:
All 3 bathrooms have a toilet, sink and shower, the main bathroom also has a bath.
